Are we seeing signs of a suburban comeback? A western perspective suggests that these days, in cities and suburbs, people are seeking “real communities that don’t force us into our cars for several hours each day.”

Metro areas have always had a high proportion of people employed in professions that require creative thinking. But nationwide, 217 non-metro counties also rank high in “Creative Class.” Read more.
