So of course UTA is going to say Ridership is up so they can mislead the Taxpayers & to get more Federal Tax Dollars. Also UTA Executives Earn their Excessive Salaries & Bonuses at Taxpayers Expense.

UTA does not want to Service the People that need Public Transit the most, just let the Government take Care them.
