I agree buying American Drives up the Cost of the Buses, several years John Inglish former CEO of UTA got approve for UTA buy the MAX Buses from Belgium they are very Costly &amp; very Hard to Fit. UTA had to Pay the Full Cost for the Buses, no Help from Federal Government.]]></description>
